Messy play involves paints, water, textures, and hands-on fun. We strongly recommend dressing your little ones in old clothes that you do not mind getting dirty. While not compulsory, wellies are beneficial to keep feet comfortable during water and texture activities.
Children attending our fitness sessions should wear comfortable activewear, such as shorts or tracksuit bottoms and a breathable top. Please ensure they bring a water bottle and wear runners that they can tie or fasten themselves securely.
